Main process of making color box:
1.Making documents :before any color box production and printing,make documents, design documents, design good color box printing documents, and complete the selection of color box materials at same time.
2.Publishing and printing:after designing a good color box to print the document, it can be published directly in two ways:first,CTP and second, film.After the good color box printing directly detemine the machine,cut the paper,and then print.
3.Sheet surface treatment:after printing the paper,various treaments should be carried out on the surface of the color box to ensure the durability of the color box.Common surface treatment methods are:oil polishing ,film(light glue/matte)UV,bronzing and so on.
4.Mounting pit:color printing sheets are mounted after surface treatment.The mounting pit is printed and finished with surface paper+cardboard /pit paper(select the material suitable for breaking and changing pressure).
5.Beer/die cutting:first ,the die is made .The die needs to be determined according to the sample and the printed semi-finished products. After confirming the knife pattern, affixing the adhesive, and confirming that the finished product is correct, the beer machine is used for the beer,and the waste paper needs to be removed after the beer is good.
6.Color box sticking/nailing:fix the connecting parts of color boxes according to the template with glue,or nailing according to the template.
